Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven social media marketing manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Devise marketing strategies by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  1. Obtain market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
  1. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
  1. Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  1. Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
  1. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  1. Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Skill Requirements:

  1. Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields and 2-3 years of work experience
  1. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  1. Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  1. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  1. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  1. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  1. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  1. Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  1. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  1. Familiar with financial planning and strategy
