Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has the ability to link IT with Business and and create foresight and strategy plans. He should have excellent man management skills and a knack for being a bridge and a facilitator between diverse teams.

Project Management Role

  • Manage the scoping and implementation of projects including Tech Deployments, data management, governance and change over multiple work streams
  • Establish project working groups over multiple work streams and maintain RAID logs identifying all escalation processes
  • Setup and chair steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Own the overall delivery of the projects for the team, making sure all aspects are in place and working effectively to deliver value
  • Lead diverse teams of internal members, business stakeholders, and third-party contractors to a successful project outcome
  • Drive and manage change, both technical and cultural, related to the project
  • Mediate complex technical and business discussions with stakeholders and vendors
  • Create, update, and track project plans and related documentation/tools to aid the team in being successful and to help in communicating with stakeholders

Business Analyst Role

  • Capturing & understanding customers’ business needs, and translating them into workable solutions
  • Producing business and functional requirements
  • Ensuring products and services are delivered to customers in a professional manner and to a high quality
  • Ensuring delivered software is fit for purpose, by undertaking peer review and testing of software before release

Desired Skill set

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write high quality business & functional requirement documentation
  • Previous experience of tackling and communicating with international team players is highly desirable.
  • Good verbal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, and participate and lead in customer and in-house meetings/workshops
  • Good business analysis skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build working relationships especially with international clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask whilst assessing and determining relevant priorities
  • Good presentation skills
