Job Description:

A candidate should be able to contribute to visualizing, designing and conceptualizing online creative experiences. He should be able to apply/she design principles to color, typography, and layout and image choices appropriately to create visual solutions that meet business standards and user needs. He/she should understand and apply online standards and brand guidelines to visual design collateral. He/she should be able to understand the brand identity such that the big idea flows in the design. He/she should be able to assist in developing and documenting style through the creation of style guides and delivery mock-ups and provides quality assurance of creative deliverables.

Skills Requirements:

1. 3+ year of industry experience
2. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related area preferred
3. Strong design portfolio with relevant education
4. Proficient knowledge of applicable programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
5. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
6. Good working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
7. Good understanding of interaction design practices and principles and content strategy
8. Understanding of motion design and the strengths and limitations of emerging technologies
9. Passion for design and enthusiasm for collaboration with other creative
10. Self-motivated, organized and accountable
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
12. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to articulate concepts and rationale to team members
13. PC and MAC proficiency required (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office)
