Senior Mobile Automation QA Engineer (with AI)

Requerments:

• - 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years focused on mobile automation
• - Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools
• - Expertise in automation frameworks
• - Experience working with CI/CD tools
• - Proven track record of leading QA initiatives for mobile app releases
• - Deep understanding of mobile platforms, debugging tools, and app store requirements
• - Experience with API testing and mobile backend validation
• - Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and test lifecycle management tools
• - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• - Design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for mobile applications
• - Lead end-to-end automation testing strategy and coverage planning for mobile platforms
• - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define and verify acceptance criteria
• - Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated test execution and reporting
• - Mentor and support junior QA team members in best practices and technical troubleshooting
• - Analyze automation test results and triage issues with detailed defect reports and root cause analysis
• - Drive continuous improvement in testing tools, processes, and methodologies
• - Monitor app performance and ensure a consistent user experience across devices and OS versions
