Senior Mobile Automation QA Engineer (with AI)

Requerments:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years focused on mobile automation
• Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools
• Expertise in automation frameworks
• Experience working with CI/CD tools
• Proven track record of leading QA initiatives for mobile app releases
• Deep understanding of mobile platforms, debugging tools, and app store requirements
• Experience with API testing and mobile backend validation
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and test lifecycle management tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for mobile applications
• Lead end-to-end automation testing strategy and coverage planning for mobile platforms
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define and verify acceptance criteria
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated test execution and reporting
• Mentor and support junior QA team members in best practices and technical troubleshooting
• Analyze automation test results and triage issues with detailed defect reports and root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in testing tools, processes, and methodologies
• Monitor app performance and ensure a consistent user experience across devices and OS versions
