AI Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled process transformation and consulting projects. This role combines classic BA responsibilities with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to apply AI solutions for automation, analytics, and client business challenges.

You will work closely with clients to shape requirements, define AI-driven use cases, and ensure that business needs are translated into solutions with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Discovery & Pre-Sales: Conduct workshops with clients/internal stakeholders, ask probing questions, and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
• AI Opportunity Assessment: Articulate AI-driven solutions, develop business cases, and demonstrate potential ROI.
• Process Analysis & Modeling: Capture current (as-is) processes and design optimized (to-be) processes integrating AI and automation components.
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to define functional and non-functional requirements, including AI-specific capabilities.
• AI Use Case Translation: Convert business challenges into AI-driven solutions, such as predictive modeling, recommendation engines, or process automation.
• Continuous Improvement & Scaling: Monitor KPIs, evaluate outcomes, and recommend enhancements to scale AI-powered solutions across client organizations.
• Internal BA Practice Development: Share insights, create templates, and elevate business analysis practices in AI-enabled delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, requirements of elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI and its application to business challenges.
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and awareness of AI-driven process optimization.
• Experience or familiarity with AI in process automation is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience; excellent English communication skills.
