Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates for their roles.

The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and track progress
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve internal processes

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in agency recruitment or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Working Hours

This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be available to work 20-25 hours per week.
