The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:

• Have a minimum of 5 years in industry Accounting and Financial Reporting with at least 2 years people leadership experience
• Hold a professional accountancy qualification 
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop an international team
• Have an ability to approach business strategically with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
