As part of our international growth, we are looking for a Regional Partnerships & Client Growth Manager to build professional business relationships and support market development within an assigned region.
Position Overview
The Regional Partnerships & Client Growth Manager is a full-time professional responsible for identifying and developing B2B opportunities, managing business relationships, and representing Assetara Limited in the assigned market. This is a clearly defined leadership role with a guaranteed base salary and a transparent performance-based bonus. Compensation is based on agreed business objectives and professional performance; it is not based on recruiting employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, negotiate, and manage B2B partnerships within the assigned region.
- Client Success & Account Management: Build trusted relationships with existing business clients, understand their needs, and coordinate timely professional support.
- Market Expansion: Research local market opportunities, represent the Company at relevant industry events, and coordinate approved regional marketing initiatives.
- Commercial Coordination: Work with internal marketing, operations, product, and compliance teams to support partner onboarding and successful project execution.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and provide regular pipeline and activity reports to management.
- Compliance & Brand Standards: Follow Company policies, approved communication standards, brand guidelines, and applicable local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, sales, or commercial growth; experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Industry Awareness: Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or technology ecosystems is beneficial. Full product onboarding and training are provided.
- Communication: Fluent English is required; additional local languages are highly valued for regional coverage.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, relationship-building, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Tools: Comfortable working with CRM systems, online communication tools, and structured reporting processes.
