Assetara Limited is an international AI-fintech ecosystem working with blockchain and digital-asset technology. We are expanding our global team and are seeking a proactive Recruiter to help identify and engage qualified people for open positions within the Company.
Role Overview
As a Recruiter, you will support the Company’s hiring process by sourcing prospective employees, presenting relevant job opportunities accurately, conducting first-stage interviews, and coordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers. You must develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of Assetara, its products, business model, corporate values, and approved recruitment materials before representing the Company to candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
- Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
- Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
- Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
- Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
- Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.
- Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.
