Position Overview

The Regional Business Development Manager is a full-time employee responsible for building professional B2B partnerships, managing client relationships, and representing the company in their region. This is a single, clearly defined leadership vacancy with a guaranteed salary. Earnings are not based on recruiting other employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage professional B2B partnerships within the assigned region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide professional support and account management to existing business clients.
  • Market Development: Represent the company at industry events and coordinate approved regional marketing activities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports to management.
  • Compliance: Operate in full compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable local regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in fintech, technology, or financial services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain and digital-asset concepts is an advantage. Full onboarding and training are provided.
  • Communication: Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage for regional coverage.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills; comfortable working with CRM tools.
