Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to implement and improve website pages and structures based on provided designs.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive pages and templates in Webflow CMS from Figma/Adobe designs. (Figma/Adobe designs will be provided by us)
- Develop scalable style systems, components, and CMS structures.
- Implement interactions, animations, and micro-interactions for performance and accessibility.
- Optimize for page speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to translate goals into web experiences.
- Provide documentation, QA, and handoff materials for internal teams.
- Comfortable working within our Webflow workspace with structured permissions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Webflow experience with live project links.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, Client-First, Lumos or Relume frameworks.
- Solid grasp of responsive design, performance, and accessibility principles.
- Excellent communication and ability to work asynchronously.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SEO best-practices and implementing meta tags, schema, and OG tags in Webflow.
- Prior experience building websites for B2G/B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or public-sector clients (DOTs, transit, engineering firms).
- Experience with integration with HubSpot, GA4, or serverless forms.
- Experience with GSAP, Rive/Lottie, or motion design in Webflow.
Contract Details
- Duration: 3-6 months, part-time (10-25 hrs/week).
- Remote-first with some US Eastern Time overlap.
- Milestone-based sprints with clear deliverables.
- Potential for extension or future collaborations.
