About the job Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain the General Ledger / Book of Accounts
  • Prepares and reviews the Balance Sheets Accounts
  • Prepares the monthly schedules of each account
  • Monitors and updates the accrual of each account
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
  • Assists in preparation of Financial Reports
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Superior.


  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/ general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Personal Attributes: Accurate, organized, trustworthy, efficient, good bookkeeping skills, can work with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City
