About the job Business Development Specialist
Astra Protocol is a global leader in compliance solutions for Web3. We provide advanced KYC/AML services and a secure crypto wallet, helping businesses and institutions adopt digital assets safely while staying compliant. We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of blockchain, Web3, crypto, wallets, and KYC solutions. This role requires someone who can independently find clients, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals handling the full cycle of business development.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle: research prospects, reach out, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
Develop and execute strategies to attract clients for Astras KYC solution and crypto wallet.
Conduct meetings and product demos with international clients.
Maintain long-term relationships and act as the key contact for clients.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver client needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
Proven sales/business development experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or blockchain).
Strong knowledge of blockchain, Web3, crypto, wallets, and KYC/AML solutions(mandatory).
Fluent in English excellent verbal and written communication (confident on client calls).
Track record of independently managing the full BD cycle (prospecting closing).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
