Role Overview

Were seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to help design and implement the blockchain components of our compliance platform. In this role, youll work on smart contracts, decentralized identity systems, interoperability frameworks, and scaling solutions that support secure and compliant Web3 adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts for identity and compliance use cases
• Build and optimize Layer-2 infrastructure for secure identity solutions
• Implement decentralized identity (DID) frameworks with verifiable credentials
• Design cross-chain solutions for interoperability across major blockchains
• Create systems for on-chain compliance and verification workflows
• Optimize performance and reduce gas costs across networks
• Conduct security reviews and audits of smart contracts
• Integrate blockchain modules with existing compliance/KYC systems

Required Experience

• 4+ years of blockchain development experience with production deployments
• Strong skills in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust)
• Experience with blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche
• Knowledge of identity standards (DID, Verifiable Credentials)
• Familiarity with scaling solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
• Understanding of compliance and security considerations in blockchain
• Programming proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain compliance tools
• Background in fintech, RegTech, or compliance technology
• Contributions to blockchain protocols or open-source projects
• Familiarity with GDPR-compliant blockchain solutions
