Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for brand integration across films, OTT, and digital media, including opportunities in the Thai market.
- Identify new revenue streams, partnership models, and growth opportunities globally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Production houses , OTT platforms (Netflix, Amazon), Media agencies, Marketing heads of brands.
- Lead negotiations for high-value brand integration deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and business meetings.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Oversee budgeting, pricing, and project profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of brand integrations.
- Supervise post-production activities, brand visibility audits, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, client data, and proprietary materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, Media, Film Production, or related fields.
- Minimum 8–12 years in entertainment marketing, content production, or brand integration, with proven knowledge of the Thai market.
- Strong experience in brand integrations across film, OTT, and digital
- Expertise in content partnerships, product placement, licensing & merchandising, and film/TV project management.
- Media sales knowledge for TV, OTT, digital, or film marketing.
- Expertise in content partnerships, product placement, licensing & merchandising, and film/TV project management.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects of branded content partnerships.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and client management skills.
