IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Job Description :

• Incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc work, in accordance with service SLA requirements.

• Control risks, and continuously optimize the EOP process.

• Independently complete all work orders according to SOP and insights and continuous optimization on SOP process.

• Familiar with project management tools and methods, and have the ability to coordinate projects and optimize project processes to achieve successful delivery.

• Complete other related work included in the service contract, or outsourcing requirements specification.

Qualifications :

- Minimum a bachelor's degree of Computer related majors.

- 35 years of experience with data centers is a must.

- Conversational English skills is a must. (Chinese speaker is an advantage)

- Computer room operation, maintenance skills, and understanding of IT infrastructure.

- Team management, good communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
