About the role mission

You will be the sales leader on markets and for products related to our client for Industrial Biotech (IB) in Thailand territory with a real possibility to grow up in the organization and become the Sales Manager APAC in the future depending on your commitment and achievements.

 

Key responsibilities

·       Ensures that objectives are met, in terms of quantity/quality and within the territory assigned.

·       Ensures commercial follow-ups concerning customers and the business in charge.

·       Participates to the receipt and analysis of Requests for Quotations.

·       Participates to the verification that offers are in line with RFQs.

·       Participates to approving prices and prices strategy before the offer (quote) is remitted to customers.

·       Contributes to the adaptation of the sales strategy and offering to the local conditions (historical customer relationships, local particularities and competition).

·       Participates to negotiation of the contracts/offers with the customers.

·       Participates to the verification that orders are in line with the commercial proposal (or contracts).

·       Ensures that coming into force of orders is effective, and that the contracts for the area are recorded, in coordination with Commercial assistants and Sales Admin. Service.

·       Participates to processing and handling orders addenda.

·       Participates to processing customers claims related to the commercial activity.

·       Ensures that all information regarding customers complaints are recorded.

·       Participates to the sales of consumables in coordination with Customer Service team.

·       Participates to the sale of services in coordination with the Asia Pacific Market Expert (PPD, …)

·       Guarantees the customers are listened to and that their demands are met.

·       Participates to measuring customers satisfaction.

·       Ensures that the databases (CAB, CCR, PTT,) are properly fed. 

 

 Qualifications

·       University education background of Chemical Engineering

·       Successful and demonstrated experience in sales position in same industries

·       Existing experience in chromatography, ion exchange, or membrane filtration, or significant experience with fermentation industry (amino acids, organic acids, antibiotics, vitamins, etc.)

·       Good relationship, strong coverage and great understanding of the sugar and derivated industry in Thailand

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the food industry, biotech or pharmaceutical industry

·       Ability to interface multifunctional and multicultural group

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Fluent speaking and writing in English

·       Car driving license is mandatory

·       Ability to travel in Bangkok area as well as upcountry
