Our client is a leading oil refinery in Thailand and is one of the most efficient refineries in the Asia Pacific region. Their head office is located in Chonburi. They are currently expanding their team and are in search of an Accountant to join them. Responsibilities for Accountant:

-Responsible for managing accounting transactions of the company to ensure that they are transactions, properly approved by appropriate authorized person, made for the company's business.

-Recorded all the related information into the book of the company correctly under the accounting policy, compliance with general accepted accounting standard.

-Ensure completeness and accuracy of fixed assets and month-end closing activities.

-Generate monthly depreciation postings and relevant reports to management.

-Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.

-Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets.

-Initiate Lease Agreement in Lease Management system and ensure they are processed completely, accurately and timely.

-Involved in technology upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting and Perform special projects as needed.

-Performs quarterly and year-end closing financial consolidation in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) for PAEs.

-Coordinate and complete annual audit and interim audit at company group.

-Verify and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports for management.

-Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.

-Advice and prepare an accounting policy in corporates Group.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

-Bachelor or higher in Accounting, or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing Logistics, Tax and Laws.

-At least 3-5 years in accounting field auditing, or Tax.

-Having CPA is advantageous.

-Must have strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

-Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) for PAEs.

-Strong communication and analytical skills.

-GPA Minimum 2.75 and TOEIC score of 550 is required.

Welfare and Benefits:

-Allowance provided at 45% of the monthly salary.

-Medical expenses for the employee: 100%, and for family members according to the conditions of the insurance card.

-Work 5 days/week, off on Saturdays and Sundays, and have 2 Work from Home days.

-Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

-Provident Fund: 5%-15% + company contribution.

-Cooperative and profit-sharing.

-Club, association, and complex for exercising (Only for Sriracha office).

-Annual leave: after 1 year, starting from 15 days, up to 20 days.

-Bonus based on performance, averaging around 5 months.
