Real Estate Executive / Property Consultant

Report to: Property Manager

We are looking for a talent qualified Real Estate Executive / Property Consultant Sales professionals with hunter sales mentality for our ATa Real Estate. You will be responsible for seeking new sales opportunities in The Real Estate Market in Thailand, Self-motivating and self-discipline with your roles on a daily basis under the guidance from the manager. You have to manage the sales performance; marketing campaign aiming to meet or exceed targets. Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and achieve targets. You must handle the necessary reports and communicate with the manager Salary base plus excellent commission.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media etc.
  • To contact the landlord, Property developer, Project owner etc.
  • To get the project sales, Resell Condo, House, Villas, Other Properties
  • Self-Motivate, handle your sales performance sales objective.
  • Coordinate with other departments if needed.
  • Support your team of Marketing tools, communications, and Real Estate Thailand Market updates. Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
  • Keep updated about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your own.
  • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • To achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals and to attend the sales meetings.
  • Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry etc
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Target Candidate's Profile

  • Sales professionals with hunter sales mentality
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences
  • Thai Nationality with Fluent English is a must.
  • Passion in real estate sales and marketing with positive attitude and team handling ability.
  • Have a proven record of success in the Real Estate industry within your area.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently as well as to work with team and the manager
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Attitude & very good communication skills
