Job description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Manager to manage our Independent ATa Real Estate Agents team and provide effective guidance and be a focal point contact of Head Office and Independent ATa Real Estate Agents. You will be responsible for supervising and evaluating the Real Estate Market in Thailand, motivating team members on a daily basis. You have to manage the sales performance; marketing campaign aiming to meet or exceed targets. Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. You must handle the necessary reports and communicate with CEO.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Motivate, train and handle team members in order to support their sales performance.
  • Support your team of Marketing tools, communications and Real Estate Thailand Market update
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your own and your team.
  • Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.

  • Excellence in real estate sales and marketing with positive attitude and team handling ability.
  • Have a proven record of success history in Real Estate industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
  • Ready to take-up the pressure.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate Joiner preferred.
