Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or deviations promptly.

Contractor Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and the contractor, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review contractor proposals, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor contractor performance, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.

Materials Management:

  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring availability on-site as per project schedules.
  • Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and evaluate material quality to optimize project budget without compromising quality standards.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent delays due to material shortages or wastage.

Budget Control:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project budget, tracking expenses and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project expenditure.
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to mitigate onsite risks.
  • Address any project-related disputes or conflicts in a timely and diplomatic manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai languages is preferred.
  • Project duration 18 months.
