About the job Shop Manager


  • Maintain shop cleanliness, manage expenses, maximize profit, and create a positive environment for both guests, members and employees.
  • Train all new hires on a service delivery standard and operational procedures.
  • Maintain inventory and monitor records of all therapist essentials, sanitary, and towel items.
  • Reinforce all spa staff understands and follows shop standards at all times.
  • Ensure shop cleanliness according to company policies.
  • Develop and administer payroll procedures on a weekly basis.
  • Review and revise treatment reservations daily to maximize revenue.
  • Supervise administrative functions and ensure all records, payroll and schedules remain up-to-date and file appropriately.
  • Assure timely availability of qualify associates through active participation in the salon recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.
Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience to run operation of Massage Shop as a Shop Mgr. (people, payrolling, suppliers, customers, shop hospitality etc.)
  • Having experience in mass massage, high traffic of customers, small size shop
  • Good English communication
  • 5 working days / week
  • Working area Sukhumvit
