Responsibilities:

  • Directly approaching candidates professionally and confidentially. 
  • Accurately interpret clients' requirements and identify suitable candidates through effective recruitment and selection process. 
  • Responsible for 360 delivery, HR, management, and business development 
  • Sourcing, reviewing candidates, managing interviews, and making a shortlist of candidates for the clients with professional recommendations. 
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on payment and salary rates and finalizing hiring arrangements between client and candidates. 
  • Perform a variety of tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. 
  • Consulting on job specifications and requirements. 
  • Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients. 
  • Delivering client-facing recruitment services to a range of clients Building new client relationships, understanding client requirements 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients Another related assignments / Project. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field. 
  • Fluent in English communication Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment or related (for Consultant Position). 
  • Experience in variety of industries would be preferred. 
  • Willingness to learn and take risks to deliver exceptional results. 
  • Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets.
