Job Description

As a Retail Associate, youll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. Youll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the team and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service based on our Brand, while building a loyal customer base of shoppers
  • Be familiar with all company KPIs & targets
  • Take initiatives in all stock & cycle counts related processes
  • Take ownership on the shop floor, assist with VM, stock inventory & replenishments
  • Assist store team in transaction, complaint & return client
  • Comply with all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Guide, Staff Uniform etc.)
  • Proactively seek to increase product knowledge
  • Communicate confidently on the features and benefits of product
  • Strong knowledge of apparel fit, cut, knowledge of fabrics, styling while being understanding towards customers' needs
  • Utilise product knowledge to provide mix and match to maximize store sales
  • Be open-minded to changes and adapt based on company's change and directions
  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
  • Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team
  • Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in staff training sessions

  • Able to work retail hours and on Weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Energetic, Sociable, Confident and result-oriented
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, mature and good team player
  • Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment will be advantages
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
