Pre-Sales Engineer/Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the technical aspects of the company's products and solutions.
- Identify new and innovative use of the company's products and solutions.
- Excellent overview of the business and up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competitors
- Understand clients' businesses and their pain points, has ability to present company's products as a solutions provider
- Works closely with the sales team in Singapore by feeding the info which Thailand's market is needed
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Act as an engineering resource by providing product education, technical assistance, and after-sales support to clients
Qualifications
- Fluent in English communication skills E.g., Speaking, Writing, and listening
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical and Electronic
- A must knowledge in Barcode, Label, Printing, Text, Batch number
- Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineer, technical sales, system integration, project management or similar roles
- Strong engineering background and passion for IT and technology
- Take proactive and creative approach to create clients' needs
- Ability to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence to clients.
- Good communication to clients, business partners and good collaboration with colleagues
- Highly self-motivated, self-initiated, strive to win, always looking to push their own limits
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment
