Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Manager specializing in Immigration, your responsibilities will include:

-Communicating with clients about the application or termination process for work permits and visas under both BOI (Board of Investment) and Non-BOI companies.

-Coordinating with your team to ensure the successful completion of each mission.

-Recruiting and staffing our internal employees to build a strong team.

-Overseeing employee onboarding, development, assessing needs, and providing training to ensure team members are well-prepared and informed.

-Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, particularly concerning our two business centers, to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Key requirements

-Possession of at least a Bachelors Degree.

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling work permit and visa processes for foreigners, including those under both BOI (Board of Investment) and non-BOI companies, as well as spouse and retirement visas.

-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to lead a team effectively.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.

-Native Thai language proficiency with strong skills in English; proficiency in additional languages would be considered an advantage.
