Corporate Lawyer

We are hiring a talented corporate lawyer to join the team. The successful candidate will have proven achievement record, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all business-related legal processes such as company set up/modification, VAT, FBL, BOI, Amity company branch office and all necessary company licenses.
• Corporate services, Family laws / services, notarial Services, Civil/labor litigation, and Property law /services
• Enhancing the firm's reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal and professionalism and reaffirming this throughout the organization
• Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations
• Draft, prepare and review all agreements, contracts, letters, and other necessary documents in both Thai and English languages.
• Being able to provide legal consultants services in regards of

• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

• All litigation cases for on behalf of our group as well as on behalf of our clients. Provide legal advice and consult on business related law such as corporate law, labor law, and criminal law to client and management
• Generating revenue through corporates services.
• Increasing revenue through new and additional services
• Enhancing the firm's reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal and professionalism and reaffirming this throughout the organization

Key requirements:

• Lawyer License required
• Bachelor's degree in law as a minimum
• A minimum of 6 years' experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. (French or other languages would be an advantage).
• Integrity and being a team player with excellent communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and well groomed
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
