About the job Store Manager

Our client, Luxury Men's Wear brand, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who will oversee and direct the operations function within the boutique. They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with Regional Retail Manager by updating critical business performances.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
  • Understanding competitors' movements to illustrate detailed reports for headquarters.
  • Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal target/KPI
  • Ensure high-quality VM presentation in accordance with corporate guidelines at all times
  • Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly
  • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork
  • Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team
  • Leading a team through various projects and taking initiative
  • Managing a budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted Boutique

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills within multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skill and open-mindedness to readily accept changes and new directions from the Senior Management
  • Excellent in Building collaborative partnerships and relationships
  • Able to provide the extra mile client experience with the WOW factor
  • Experienced in sales planning, store operations, rostering and leading a diverse sales team
  • Possessed great leadership and motivation skill in order to drive the team to achieve targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
