Key Responsibiliies

3. create a recruiting strategy and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired.

4. working closely with both clients and job applicants,

5. Using recruiting and sourcing techniques to obtain ideal candidates.

Kery Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, marketing or related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment or BD

3. Experience and well conduct of difference kind of interview approaches, and profile assessment.

4. Knowledge of Brand Employer technique

5. Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets.

6. Well organize, Customer Service and sales skills

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good English communication

8. Ability to make reasonable decisions

9. Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software

10. Excellent with prioritization and time-management
