ATa Services is looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the business unit of Outsourcing, HR, Legal services.

General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the responsible for BUs operations. To oversee several elements in a business, including coaching staff, operating budgets, and collaborate with Sales & Mkt team to launching price promotions / campaign that could attract more customers.

General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Bus - Business of Outsourcing (Payroll & Accounting), HR, and Legal services for smooth operations with quality and on time manner.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth of BUs to reach level of efficiency and profitability
  • Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the businesss overall operations.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients and expand new markets for Outsourcing Services and Legal Services to achieve companys target.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Establish policies and processes for the best practice of operation and drive an efficiency staffs performance with appropriated KPI and monitoring process to reflect companys achievement plan
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee training of new employees, provide coaching and guidance including On-Hands for complicated task.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance and prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of BSc/BA in Business Management or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role of similar business industry.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting for business units
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, Accounting, HR, Legal & consultancy services, operations etc.)
  • Background from services industry or consultancy is a plus
  • Strong analytical ability with Problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills with good English
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Good team-work player and love working with people.
