Responsibilities: for Vietnam Jewelry Market

• Perform sales activities as per marketing plan ex. Jewelry trade show to extend Market in Vietnam.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their jewelry purchasing journey.
• Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the perfect diamonds to meet their preferences, needs, and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, quality, and value of various jewelry items, including engagement rings, loose diamonds, fashion pieces and other accessories.
• Assist customers with custom jewelry orders, ensuring their specific requirements are met and communicating with our in-house team as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and timely information to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings, continually expanding product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay informed about company promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Work a flexible schedule, in occasion, to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
