About the job IT Support

Responsibilities :

  • Serving as the first point of contact for computers, devices ex. printer etc. including to system and network.
  • Ability to installation, configuration, maintenance of IT equipment, VPN, Antivirus, CCTV, printers, mobile devices, desktops, laptops, etc.
  • Manage all the workstation for fully equipped and well connected to system and network all times.
  • Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Requirements and skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role for at least 1year.
  • Proven experiences with Microsoft 365, One driver & share point, Linux, Ubuntu.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer setup, system and network etc.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good communication skills, and Customer-oriented.
  • Good English communication skills.
