We achieve this through a holistic rescue and treatment plan including sterilization & vaccination (CNVR), emergency aid, rehabilitation, shelter, adoptions and community outreach. Having secured significant funding to expand our work and efforts, we now present a hugely exciting opportunity to join the charity at a time of major growth. 


The role outlined below will be at the forefront of planning and executing a marketing plan to develop and grow our base of supporters in Thailand, along with increasing our donor income through fundraising. 

Job overview Digital Marketing Manager Were now looking for a motivated, hardworking, creative individual with a love of dogs and excellent communication and leadership skills to join our team as Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for all the creation and execution of a UK/Thailand focused digital marketing strategy that engages our followers and increases our reach, ultimately helping us grow donations, find loving homes for our rescued dogs and promote awareness of our important work. 

You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our website jaidogrescue.org and all print assets, as well as create regular newsletters to keep our donors and supporters up to date. Reporting to the Project Manager in Thailand, you will need to create regular and detailed reports of all activity alongside KPI reports denoting success or areas which need improvement. 


Normal working hours will be 8am - 5pm with a one-hour lunch break, 6 days per week. Good timekeeping is essential. Hybrid working for candidates living outside of Nakhon Nayok will be considered, but the successful candidate will need to spend at least 2/3 days per week onsite working directly with the team.

  • Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva (or equivalent)
  • Manage overall digital strategy, with a particular focus on growth within emerging channels and markets, and retention of newly acquired followers/subscribers/web visitors.
  • Create a compelling social media calendar / posting schedule to ensure both growth and engagement.
  • Explore paid advertising on social media for the charity.
  • Create all social media content.
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the new jaidorescue.org website, liaising with our third-party web agency where needed.
  • Create fresh and compelling content to keep the blog and homepage up to date.
  • Support Adoption Team by writing / editing dog bios
  • Ensure all new web content is fully search-engine optimized and in line with charity brand and tone of voice.
  • Use canva.com to create digital assets to support digital campaigns, education, community outreach, marketing etc.
  • Create a monthly digital marketing report, detailing growth / change across all core's digital channels!
  • Provide a monthly summary of success and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to strategy and planning meetings, specifically with regards to how digital marketing can support the charity's growth, reach and revenue

Requirements:

  • Education to Bachelor's degree or higher
  • A valid driving license.
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of excellent digital marketing plans
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Good communication skills, including English and must work well with a diverse staff.
  • Hard working, self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
