Job description

  • Be responsible for the overall operations to ensure targeted results are achieved.
  • Handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, coaching, and training employees.
  • Set team goals and monitor employee production and satisfaction.
  • Manage manpower and control all staff under operations to comply with work regulations and company procedures as well as good practice.
  • Provide report to management team on regular basis.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Head Office in Guernsey.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing people in an office environment.
  • Strong attention to details, management and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good in computer skills, proficient in worksheet and report.
