About the job HR Payroll Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both in house payroll and act as agency to manage payroll for variety of our clients Handle & communicate with external clients about work permit / visa process application or termination under BOI company on non-BOI company etc.
- Oversees and Collaborates with the team until the mission is completed. End to End payroll.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures of our 2 business centers. Team member's onboarding, development, training, and performance appraisal.
- Support HR Manager with their work or assignments
- Support HR, payroll, BOI, Visa & Work permit, and ad-hoc assignments etc.
Key requirements:
- Fluent in English communication, other languages would be an advantage. Previous experience from Payroll & Outsourcing Agency would be preferred
- Demonstrated experience in HR payroll both in house and Agency' clients, Income Tax calculation, OT & Allowance calculation, set payment, work permit &visa for foreigners under BOI company and non-BOI company.
- Knowledgeable in Thai labor law and social security
- Details oriented and good at solutions providing
- Good service-minded, excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership skills as well as Team Management skills Payroll software program - Genius, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media)
- Minimum a bachelors degree
