Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day operation of human resource and Payroll functions both internal and external clients.
  • Work closely with management team to set HR Strategy and to build up a strong people team and operation for future growth.
  • Manage and handle both in house payroll and act as agency to manage payroll for variety of our external clients for delivering the end-to-end payroll for approximately 1,000 employees both Thais, and non-Thais employees.
  • Handle & communicate with external clients about work permit / visa process application or termination under BOI company on non-BOI company
  • Provide recommendations about the labor law and personal income tax to the CEO and provide the best solutions to our clients.
  • Managing the processing of our pay cycle across award, collective agreement, and individually contracted employees, ensuring our employees are paid in line with their respective terms and conditions and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure all the obligations we have as an employer and service provider are managed and met in a timely manner including but not limited Revenue Department, and Social Security Department.
  • Responsible for administrative task including but not limited to corporate documents preparation and liaise with government offices
  • Handle & communicate with external clients about work permit / visa process application or termination under BOI company on non-BOI company
  • Provide recommendations about the labor law and personal income tax to the CEO and provide the best solutions to our clients (including issue of warning letter, termination letter, and employment contract, and other HRM paper)
  • Managing the processing of our pay cycle across award, collective agreement, and individually contracted employees, ensuring our employees are paid in line with their respective terms and conditions and legislative
  • Act as point of communication related to accounting and payroll services of the group to maintain good relationship and respond to client when related to our service.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum a bachelors degree in HR field or any related fields
  • Fluent in English communication is a must. (Other languages would be anadvantages).
  • Previous experience from Payroll & Outsourcing Agency would bepreferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR payroll both in house and Agency' clients, IncomeTax calculation, OT & Allowance calculation, Set payment, work permit &visa for foreigners under BOI company and non-BOI company.
  • Knowledgeable in Personal Income Taxation Law, Thai labor law and social security
  • Details oriented and good at solutions providing
  • Good service-minded, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills as well as Team Management skills
  • Payroll software program - Genius, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media)
