Legal Partner / Litigator

Key Responsibilities

• All litigations cases for on behalf of our group as well as on behalf of our clients. Provide legal advice and consult on business related law such as corporate law, labor law, and criminal law to client and management
• Generating revenue through client management.
• Increasing revenue through new and additional services and developing cost-benefit analysis.
• Maintain stability of the law firm.
• Preventing and managing conflict.
• Enhancing the firm's reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal and professionalism and reaffirming this throughout the organization
• Creating and establishing human resource strategies by determining the structure of the firm
• Draft, prepare and review all agreements, contracts, letters, and other necessary documents in both Thai and English.
• Handle all business-related legal processes such as company set up/modification, VAT, FBL, BOI, and licenses.
• Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations

Key requirements

• Holding at least a bachelor's degree of Law.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience
• Lawyer License required
• Verbal and written communication
• Integrity
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation.
• Good personality and negotiation skill
• Be able to work independence and under pressure.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-mails)
• Thai native with fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage.
