About the job PA

- Providing all scheduling appointments, all-round secretary, including managing day-to-day operations, and administrative services.

- Search and provide support for places of both locally and abroad such as new restaurant, tourist attractions, travel arrangements flight bookings, hotel accommodations for the MD and if necessary, other executives.

- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents as assign.

- Coordinating and handle tasks with internal departments as well as external parties.

- Support in personal errands, including bill payments.

- Responsible for other tasks as assigned.
