Job Overview
We are hiring a talented Business Development Manager for Malaysia Market, professionally

place to grow your career. The role of Business Development Manager is responsible for driving
business growth within a company and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will develop a
network or channel to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth
projects, make sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and together with Performing detailed sales tactics & Strategy.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and to provide the right solutions to clients.
- Promote the companys services by addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Working with team leaders, Managers, Directors from other departments such as marketing, outsourcing, and department to optimize sales.
- Ensure the sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to CEO with actions to improve (If need)
- Performing a Sales forecast, monitoring the actual revenue, analyzing the gap and making the proper corrective plan (If any)
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in BA, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 working years with a proven record as a Sales or BD from the Professional Services Industry, ex. Business Consultancy, Legal Services provider, etc. in the Malaysian market.
- Excellent in English communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop the market to gain leads and make the sales progress from presenting to the final agreement.
- Proficient in computer software systems, including MS Office and MS Excel.
- Time management and planning skills.
