Warehouse and Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Establish an overview of products output and sterilize scheduling of routine and engineering testing and information to Global Distributor & Manufacturing Planning.
• Coordinate with the Global distribution center to ensure receiving routine products and sample tests on schedule.
• Control and ensure the sterilization is completed on the program and all transportation is on plan.
  
• Ensure all documents and logistic processes to complete all shipments including sample testing.
  
• Coordinate with related departments to complete shipment plans.
  
• Control daily management in the scope of Site warehouse (Lamphun plant) outbound logistic activity.
• Daily check Finish good available inventory at GDC and send out daily report via email to planning, demand planning and GDC Team.
• Daily update order fulfilment analysis file by update forecast, sale order, WIP and finished goods and analize the back order & share the update by email to planning, demand planning & customer service team.
• Daily update production planning power BI master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in warehouse & logistics, import & export, planning and related field is required.
• Technically proficient and possess good planning and organization skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to examine reports and data to recommend improvements to procedures.
• Good communication skills in English. (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus)
• Contract end December 2026.
