The Client

Our client, founded in 2012, is providing the design and installation services of aluminium composite panels, aluminium baffles, aluminium sunshade panels. They cover various industries and projects such as Airport terminals, Private and Government office buildings, shopping malls, Public Transportation, and Industrial factories.

Role Summary

The Factory Manager will work closely with the Managing Director as well as managing all operations with direct line management of 20 staff. He will manage the design, develop and construct a huge range of projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

·  Managing and leading all manufacturing activities, including Production Planning, Quality Control, Procurement, and Maintenance.

· Ensure that the execution of the design and installation of the aluminium composite are correct and delivered on time.

·  Coordinate with all suppliers to ensure the order of materials are produced and delivered on time.

·  Ensuring that quality and environmental management system requirements are established.

·  Ensure the integrity of the equipment used in all projects for the safety of employees.

·     Plan to work in every project under correctness and extreme safety.

·   Review the management performance together with the Managing Director to ensure the operations are effective and efficient.

·     Anticipate and develop team skills with the latest technology and innovation.

Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Engineering.

·     15 years’ experience in aluminium composite projects.

·     Proficient in writing and reading the design.

·     Good expertise in aluminum composite parts.

·     Ability to plan work at height in buildings safely and efficiently.

·     Good communication skills.

·     Management skills (team of 20 to 50 staff required).

·     Ability to work upcountry.

·     Thai native with good communication in English will be an advantage.
