Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEA Regional Marketing Manager, who will also take the role of Regional Administrator.
He/She will be a key member of the Southeast Asia Regional Team and will lead the key marketing initiatives and execute them across the region.
Develop brand and marketing plans for key product areas and contribute to the development of company strategy in consultation with the General Manager and Country Sales Managers. Implement marketing programs to maximize sales, and clearly communicate strategic direction to internal stakeholders.
Keep track of all order and processes within the region, implementing the global processes and managing the communication with the global organization functions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years Marketing experience.
- Qualifications in Marketing or Business-related field.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate in cross functional and cross geographical team.
- Excellent relationship building skills - both internal and external.
- Proven track record of building marketing/brand plans and delivering campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using data to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage marketing projects from concept to implementation.
- Well-developed strategic and innovative thinking to execute organizational vision.
- Have a hands-on customer focused approach.
- An understanding of the agricultural industry, particularly livestock and dairy, would be highly advantageous.
- Thai native with very good English level (both orally and written).
