About the job Research and Development

Job Description : 

  • Develop formulas and production processes for new rice-based products, such as ready-to-eat jasmine rice, crispy pork, coconut milk formulas, and ready-to-drink Thai tea.  
  • Invent, research, and develop new products based on customer needs and global market demand through laboratory testing and sensory evaluation.
  • Test new products under development, including products from OEM partners.
  • Study the shelf life of new products and ensure they meet desired quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing services.
  • Liaise with OEM partners to develop product formulas and source new products based on customer needs.
  • Maintain lab equipment and manage internal documentation within the department.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, food science, food technology, or any related field.

- Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D in food industry. 

Good command of English in spoken, written, and reading. (Chinese is a plus)

- Experience in research and developing new products based on customer requirements.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Able to travel for work, off-site and upcountry as assigned.

- Immediate availability to start work will be special consideration.
