About the job Sales Manager
Responsibilities
· Develop new B2B clients and generate recurring business for commercial cleaning services.
· Manage sales activities, client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
· 5 - 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry with proven sales performance.
· Good English communication skills.
· Highly motivated with positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
· Good client management and negotiation abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: THB 50,000 per month
· Commission: 5% commission (payable after 3 months of contract completion)
· THB 5,000 monthly transport allowance
· THB 10,000 quarterly bonus for achieving 100% sales target
