On behalf of one of our esteemed clients, the largest manufacturer of Solvent Cements in Asia with an annual turnover above USD 15mio, we are currently looking for a top talented Sales Executive for Thailand.

Our client is the flagship company of a Group being the largest manufacturer of Solvent Cements in Asia. The annual turnover of the company is above USD 15mio, and the Group turnover is exceeding USD 40mio with a target to exceed USD 100mio in revenue by 2022.

Established in 1978, the Group has expanded in diverse business streams. Its imprints are in Adhesive, Plumbing, Plumbing Accessories, Textile, Logistics, Real Estate, and Engineering industries.

Key responsibilities

·          Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

·          Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

·          Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

·          Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

·          Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

·          Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

·          Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

·          Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

·          At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing.

·          4 to 5 years’ experience in Sales & Business Development in Thailand.

·          Experience and technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants and solvent cements.

·          Highly skilled in negotiation and professional selling.

·          Excellent market knowledge with broad network of sub-contractors, main contractors, engineering firms, architects, etc.

·          Strong creative and analytical skills and ability to solve problems.

·          Car driving license and ability to travel in Bangkok area as well as upcountry.

·          Thai native with full professional proficiency in English (both orally and written).
