We're Hiring: Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Bilingual | Remote)

Do you have experience supporting a US-based mental health or behavioral health practice? We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks
Schedule appointments for multiple therapists
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Review and submit claims in SimplePractice
Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team

Qualifications:

-Mandarin/Spanish-English Bilingual
-At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience
-Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred
-Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification
-SimplePractice experience is preferred!
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
-Comfortable with productivity monitoring software
