About the Role

The Organization Development Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and supporting organization development initiatives and projects, including job profiles, performance management, and employee engagement. The role will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure the effective execution of OD initiatives that enhance employee performance, organizational culture, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Supervise and execute the recruitment plan through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
    • Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions from hiring to probation completion.
    • Prepare reports to support recruitment and onboarding operations.
  • Organization Design
    • Participate in drafting and updating job descriptions in collaboration with relevant departments.
    • Contribute to organization design projects such as competency frameworks and core values initiatives.
  • Performance Management
    • Support performance management activities, including awareness sessions, planning, mid-year reviews, and year-end submissions.
    • Follow up with line managers to ensure timely closure of the performance management cycle.
  • Learning & Development
    • Support the implementation of training and development activities, including internal and external training coordination.
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
    • Manage logistics and reporting related to L&D activities.
