About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our clients team in Riyadh. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the companys growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting innovative software solutions across industries.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially aware, and possesses strong communication and sales skills, along with a good understanding of the supply chain landscape.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the KSA market
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present and articulate the value of the companys supply chain software solutions
- Meet sales targets through cold-calling, lead generation, networking, and in-person meetings
- Engage actively with local industry networks and communities
- Understand client organizations' decision-making processes and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights for business planning and growth initiatives
- Monitor competitors' activities, products, and market positioning
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events as required
Core Competencies:
- Familiarity with enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to sell value-driven solutions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a team-focused mindset
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and industry challenges.
