Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Aerospace and Defense sector; In-depth knowledge of AS9100 standards

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our client's team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and enhancing the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 standards. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence across quality assurance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Manage supplier qualification programs and conduct supplier audits for quality compliance.
• Oversee internal and external nonconformities and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Lead internal audits, report findings, and support corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate additive manufacturing best practices into processes.
• Define and track quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and execute corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct quality training to promote awareness and competency in quality processes.
• Plan and monitor inspection activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the corrective action system and evaluate its long-term effectiveness.

Key Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of AS9100 standards and quality management systems.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and NADCAP standards is a strong plus.
• Skilled in quality tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
