About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Team Leader to join a rapidly growing logistics company in Riyadh. This is a dynamic role for a professional with 510 years of experience in the logistics and transportation sector. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of Saudi Arabia's logistics market, a strong network of trucking partners, and a track record of working with corporate clients.

You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing logistics team, ensuring operational excellence across the value chain, and contributing to revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong emphasis on client interaction, data management, and leveraging digital platforms to drive efficiencies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of junior logistics operators and sales associates
• Oversee the full logistics cycle from first to last mile delivery
• Support sales efforts and work toward achieving business development targets
• Manage relationships with clients and trucking partners
• Maintain and update internal databases related to clients and carriers
• Execute administrative and financial management tasks
• Ensure integration and adoption of digital tools and modern logistics technologies.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong network of truck drivers and insight into local tariffs.
• Proven track record of serving corporate clients
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus
• Tech-savvy with good computing skills.
